Bio

Dr. Annapurna Boruah is a senior associate professor at UPES India. She is a geoscientist, innovator, energy explorationist, and founder of EnxarthH2. Currently, she is contributing to many collaborative/industrial projects in CCUS, shale gas and natural hydrogen exploration. Her research findings have been widely disseminated through esteemed publishers, including scientific reports (Nature). Before joining UPES, she worked at Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute and contributed to industry projects. Dr. Annapurna has received many grants and accolades, and recognition from esteemed societies like AAPG, NAPE, and PEA. She serves as an Associate Editor for the international journal Interpretation, editorial board of Nature scientific reports.
