Maia Khitarishvili is a Georgian-born energy professional with over 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in Integrity Management of pipelines and pressure vessels at BP Midstream. She holds a degree in International Management from Georgia and an MBA from California, where she also completed an entrepreneurship course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The Stanford experience inspired her to become an entrepreneur herself and pursue innovation-driven opportunities in the energy transition. In 2023, Maia relocated to the United Kingdom and transitioned into the renewable energy sector, focusing on innovation and strategic growth within the hydrogen economy. As the Founder of H2Earth Dynamics, she leads natural hydrogen exploration initiatives in Namibia while driving an advanced R&D program in hydrogen sensing technologies. Her work blends deep technical expertise with a forward-looking vision for advancing sustainable energy systems and global hydrogen infrastructure.
